flashing info request

Hi guys do you use a null modem cable to flash the starview one box? I need to purchase one for my m8 whos coming up to see me on sunday for him to take back down with him so that he can flash his boxes himself if and when new firmware is released for them. thanks for your help - balld

yes , its a null modem cable for the sv1 , sv2 the box , and the sv3 the box super , and also the arnet and many others too
