I have put the update in my the box super and it has frozen on the start up screen and will not do a thing

Try starting the flash then switch on the box... i hear that sometimes works

what firmware was on it originally, and have you now downloaded 8.02?

don't no what was on it before and yes it was 8.02e i downloaded

all i did was just the update 8-02e downloaded it straight in. is this right

should i try going back to 7.09 then upgrade

hi m8 try as rizlas says have bricked box b4 and proceedure got me out of trouble once done then try loading 8.00 b4 new version i noemally factory reset b4 flashing seems to work ok 4 me best of luck m8

load in the 8.02 gtrom file again and factory reset it afterwards

basically , just keep going until you fix it

page it has frozen at the the box super screen at start up
tried loading 8.02e 6 times now
tried loading 8.00 and it does the same

until you successfully flash it and it works , your original supposition is correct , ie:- you have a brick

you have 2 choices m8

1) try to successfully flash it and factory reset it if you do manage to flash it , then test it
try v6 or v7 firmware first , then if ok gradually bring it up to date

2) accept its a brick and get an arnet or something else instead

I am not sure what you expect on the forum as its for advice only

and the advice is simple

fix it or change it , there are no other options
