Hi, I'm new to all this but downloaded Starview 2 update, loader went to 100% as did the box, all I get now is a blank tv screen and my box showing on but no channels also the remote for the box wont do anything either. Can someone please point me in the right direction. Firmware on box was 4.51 if thats any help.
