Law & order has gone worse in UK then the 3rd world country, they only have to tell you that we want to search your property under the terrorism Act; you do not stand a leg mate as far as I know the rule of law is all shite.

Actually it's not illegal to sell as a fta also card sharing ain't illegal it's charging for card sharing that is! Also why would the police contact you ISP (at a cost) to specifically find ur details (considering most ISP would be reluctant to pass any details on especially after that Internet fraud scandal with that solicitors!) I very much doubt is! They would also come to you have with a warrant they wouldn't just turn up so if this is true which it obviously isn't please upload the search warrantComment

My mate is a copper and they goto house all the time for this and that and see boxes all the time and they cant be arsed having anything to do with the boxes. Only time the police are there for boxes is when virgin media are there and th epolice have to tag along.
The police would need a warrent to get any info from the ISP, but they can enter the house if invited in. But I doubt they would turn up for 1 box in the hope they get invited in.

They must have given you some paperwork, copy of warrent, receipte for the box they took, copy of search, surely something?

44000 boxes imported, well only 43999 houses to go to now. thats a fair bit on manpower seeing they are cutting back this year. never mind whilst they are on this mission of taking boxes back of customers the real criminals will be able to murder, rape and burgle and not even get an investugation cause not even manpower..
I hope they charge all us with boxes, it will create lots of employment in the mag courts next year
