you must be the unluckiest coont on the planet.

which police station were these "officers" from?
might be worth lodging a complaint seeing as they have broken the law themseves....

      and besides,
i was of the understanding that it is the uploading device/s that were busted.... (sure someone will correct me if i'm wrong)
the servers are in some distant remote part of the planet.

would be surprised if your local plod has any jurisdiction in timbuck ~~~~in too...

well as i know it you have to get personal info from isp peeps in order to get your details whis usually takes a week or two depending on the severity of the crime but i guess its possible this did happen to you but that is big odds and unlucky you must be. I was prosecuted some years ago for hotmail hacking and bt gave my details to the police and aswell as being charged with minor cyber crime they removed all wiring to my house back to the telegraph pole, smacked wrist and signed up to nt hell.

I wonder how they found out that you were "hacking" hotmail accounts, . You start a service, "Get your hacking services here, ?2 a hack!". Sheesh, there are many people out there who have access to their mates, gfs email accounts etc. They don't get prosecuted though, you been doing a lot of hacking, I'd presume as they wouldn't want to waste a penny to charge you over hacking an account you made yourself.

Anyway, I smell something. Anyone know what it is?

Oh, wait, I know what it is now! Bullshit. No proof whatsoever that the "police" came into your house, and took your box. Maybe it was someone dressed up as the police. They got themselves a free starview box!
