Obviously u know nothing about Sv the guys in the uk wizard imparticular are part of a smaller picture it's the dubia guys with the money who have the investments! If u had all the equipment already there and a simple uplink went down why wud u waste the main server and all the Boxs in china and other diplomats have standing their wen u can just make an uplink n make everyone happy!
