I had a mate ring me today about VM engineers are going round the streets with records of houses who are not on vm but have cable feeds going into the property and testing the cable for tv signals and broadband .If they find any signal they disconnect the cable,also if they find no signal the same apply so if you only subsribe to VM broadband they will come knocking on your door.

They have been doing that for quite a while now to free up space on their network and get rid of leeches I suppose in the process.
There where a few dedicated teams working on it nationwide last year.
