Ok guys i have found out that my box is not a clone

i have 4.54e on there already.
to get the new software on do i factory reset or just go over the top of the other by flashing it ?
please help

No just download the new 8.02 firmware to the box...but use the new 4.03 loader.

you can factory reset and load in the v8.02e_E bin file from 2 days ago , and factory reset again afterwards , just to be sure

or you can load in todays v4.55 bin file and again factory reset after

either will work

i have downloaded the box firmware on to the receiver but it turns from 0000 to a LINE ( - ) going past all the time can any 1 help me plz

sorry to butt in but am i right in assuming that i have firmware 451 on my box
and to flash with new fix i need to upgrade to 454 or 455 fw

you will need the 8.02 fix or the newer 4.55 fix for it to work properly again
