:Hi new to this have just received my starview 3 box and my rs232 null modem cable. I have not connected it to the cable wire yet unsure of what to do next I have GTRom Super 7.05e, GTRom Super 8.00e and GTRom Super 8.02e. I live in Northern Ireland my provider is N*L what GTRom Super do I need to install do I 7.05e, 8.00e and then 8.02e. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

have u connected it to your tv yet? i suggest you do that then
press MenU
and click the bottom one (system info) or something
and it will tell you what type you have..
and report back to us

can any one tell me why the box updates but after a few days it stops but i have look in the erea code and it keeps changeing i do store when i put them in cheersComment
