Starview The Box Super USB

Hi Folks,

Just got a Starview The Box Super USB for the first time and really struggling to get it working. I'm trying to load the bin file from the usb but unfortunately I can not select ok for the file to load. I only have the options to file delete, format or exit.

Can anyone help please?

Put the usb stick back in the computer and right click on it press format and format on fat 32 using default properties. Once done put the firmware back on it and try again but only put it in the receiver when its actually turned off , then start it up , do not insert or remove the usb stick when the box is actually turned on.

Thanks Ramjet formating the usb did the trick I have all channels now. My new problem however is I have no sound feed? Any ideas?

check the scart cable is ok and pushed fully in , and try a lead from the yellow/red/white phono connections and see if there is sound on the red or white like there should be

might also be worth turning it off on the rear switch for a minute , then rebooting
