    Help Required Please

    Hi,

    I have starview 2 ( THE BOX) with API ver : 4.51e_E and boot ver : 7.0.

I have downloaded latest fix 4.03 loader and trying to update my box with 4.55 api file. I am getting flash update fail message. I am using null modem cable from my PC to BOX.

Can you please help and let me know if I am doing anything wrong?

    Many thanks for your help,

    Thanks,
    Pal

it sounds correct to me providing you are using xp and your com ports are correct and working ok

4.03 loader and bin file v4.55 are correct for starview 2 the box

Many thanks for your reply. Do I need to switch off the box while I do the update? Yes, I am using XP and COM ports are working. I will double check now..

      Many Thanks again,
