starview hd combi

Hi there, this is my first posting on DK, been reading info on sat side of Starview combi, can I input all relevant info via Server setup manually or do I need to load info via USB? All help will be much appreciated as I am not very technical.

i think u can do both but iv only dun it buy input only,im shore some1 will help on the usb side

suppose to be a new kv box coming out round about june /july hd and possibly recordable if you can hand on till then

you can input all relevant info via Server setup manually on the satalite side only a single line of setting to input but you will have to pay a cs server easy found through google on loads of sites ask for a 24hr test line hope this helps

i have a starview hd combo plus lan with carling F5.31 but im having trouble trying to get the CS NET option up in network it just says hs net status disconected and i dont know why i would appreciate it if someone could help me

cs net for cable side of box, not working, have to use sat side, you will find the info on this by checking out starview hd sat setup, hope this helps.

Does the Starview combi actually work on the sat side, (like the dm) cause my mate is struggling.anyone acheived it without starview server?

yes, working fine on sat side, just need to set up server in menu and forget about csnet on cable side.

I assume you will need to be given server info in order for it to connect.

I have set my sat side up and cannot get the server info to work, the same server info works on a dm, any ideas m8

Most likely reason
Your inputting the data exactly the same while your other box is still on and connected to said source.
You are trying from a different location (IP)
In the address bar you do not use the C: on these boxes only what follows after.....
