my starview 2 was working before and can not update and stuck at on if you try to flash the bin is not communicate i try the last file fix but nothing .
when i scan the channel is ok but is not accepting the flash
i don t know why is stuck at on? pls help

yes i did a factory setting but still stuck on

turn your box into standby (the clock showing on the display) and try the flash again. when the flash is complete wait for the box to reset its self. It will display ON in the front display until you have selected a lang and done a full auto scan and saved a channel list. turn it to standby and back on.

I have the same problems with my sv2 will give it ago

another option is to turn it off on the rear mains switch , then start the download and quickly turn it back on before the loader times out

keep trying this until the flash starts to download , then wait until its finished and rebooted , then factory reset and start from scratch

if the new one wont go in , try an older one and build up to the new one
