Hi I have just got a new box and it works fine but I am unable to sort channels when you go in to channel edit the sort and move buttons are light in colour and you cant access them any ideas?

Now then, same boat as you mate.
You can sort out favourites lists though, so I have an entertainments one (so you only need to put your regional ITV in instead of getting 5 itvs), sports, movies, music, makes it much easier navigating the EPG.
