starview help needed

a m8 of mine asked me while i was 1/2 cut would i flash a starview for him.agreeing even though i've never seen one i just went to look and ffs ! how many versions are the ??? !!!!.
all's oi know it aint a clone and it says "MODEL NO the box" on the bottom sticker.i then thought 2 min job so i used the toolbar and selected the starview 2 v8.02.
i flashed it but ~~~~ all picture ...i know its probaly been covered 3 hundred times but im still half pished so can someone give me a 1-2-3 as me heads poundin

the box is a starview 2 if it says the box

the box super is a starview 3

so for the box , get the v4.03 loader and the v4.55 bin file , load it into the loader and download into the box, then factory reset , and menu 1570 it and turn emu to ON and hit the set keys default , exit , scan for channels

if its the box super , use the gtrom8.02ee loader and flash it , when it reboots , factory reset , then set emu on and scan for channels

cheers for that , which one is it on bigmaq's ? i cant see the v4.03 loader and the v4.55 bin file you mentioned.

no idea about bigmaq , but the loader and files are all here in downloads
