parent control lock

i seem to of done something not sure what were when i try to load some keys manually i keep skipping past parent control lock and the one below that as well

any help please how to get back onto parent control lock as this seems to be stopping me getting me on to menu 1570

sounds like you have changed the default password of 0000. if you have forgotten the new password just reset it using master key 1668.
