sky box f3

I have recently purchased a sky box f3 and it was working perfectly until i tried to upgrade it and i was left with the display stuck on Load and I am unable to shift it. I am a newbie and would appreciate anyone's help.

also when the program says reset target that means switch the box on, took me a while to figure that out
