A man`s lying in bed in sheer agony, an oxygen mask over his mouth.
A nurse walks thriugh the door with a bucket and a sponge.
The man says " Oh nurse i was wondering whether you could help me "
"Yes says the nurse", " what is it ?" .

" I`m sorry" says the nurse. "but i am not qualified for that job, ive just come here to wash your hands and feet".

Feeling sympathy for the man, the nurse lifts up the bed sheet and holds up the mans pecker, cups his balls, then has a quick rustle around.
