                                                      If double clicking the file does not work for you, try this.
                                                      Just right click the file, select save target as, save the file wherever you want to. (my docs etc)
                                                      You have to "extract" the mp3 file, usually you can double click the file and windows will do the rest for you, if that does not work you need to use a program such as winrar or 7zip.
                                                      Save the extracted mp3 file in my music, or wherever else you want to.
