In Benny Hill's "Ernie, the Fastest Milkman in the west", Ernie's girl says she'd like to bathe in milk and Ernie asks her 'would you like it past your eyes, cox past your eyes is best'- she says Ernie I'd be happy if it comes up to me chest.

Took me 20 years to figure out that joke.
