Cant find anything, the only thing i can suggest is to find whichever chip your looking to program and find its whitepapers and pinout diagram.
Then find a comparable dip40 chip and look at its pinout, make up a matrix board that effectively rewires to the dip40 pinout layout and plug the sop44 onto that.
