    gym fees

    ok when i 1st joined my guy it was ?1.65 a session and ?20 A YEAR MEMMBERship , this was back a few years 2003ish
    i was told then if i get a life membership ?120 then it will cost ?20 a year from then on ,
    now im getting asked for ?180 thats 900% up. ok its still a good deal but thats not my point,!

    this is how it went iirc
    year 1 ?1.65 a session
    year 2 I got a life mennbership ?120 + 20fees
    year 3 went up to ?50
    year 4 went to ?80
    year 5 ?100
    year 6 ?120
    year 7 ?140
    8 ?160

    now the guys asking me for ?180 ... im kind of diciding its now taking the mick , as hes now let any one train there
    with or without membership (hes got greddy )

    its not about the money its more what are my rites that im intrested to know

    like being missold ppi , where do i stand ?

    Private gyms are the biggest rip off on the planet, much better to search out municipal gyms in your area. I'm a member of my local one and it costs me ?15 a month, that includes unlimited gym time, personal fitness plans, unlimited use of pool and free access to any fitness classes (but I'm not into zumba and the like so haven't used that part) And there is no rolling membership fee. I know it wolrks out the same but I'm not tied into any contract and can cancel anytime

        do you have a contract with the gym stating the terms if so insist that he honours it
