Anyone ever bought tickets from SeeTickets.com?

At the beginning of December I ordered two tickets for a concert as part of my 15 year old sons Xmas.

A few of his mates ordered tickets (for the same concert) from different sites and they received their tickets a week or two later, my son, on the other hand, is still waiting for his tickets!

The concert is two weeks away and my lad is starting to get pretty anxious waiting.

Has anyone used this company before and is this normal?

yes mate i've used seetickets loads, they are genuine.. have you called them..?

The best way to find out where your tickets are is to use our ticket tracker. You'll need your booking reference number (contained in the confirmation email we sent you when you ordered your tickets or given to you verbally if you ordered using the phone) and your email address. Just follow the on screen instructions and you'll soon find what stage your order is at.

Also used seetickets, witchy. They usually arrive a week before the event, but if you are worried get in touch with them as suggested.
