Passports i used to be able to do *and still can if its only a visual inspection) they're no good for travelling though as the new ones have RFID chips in them and i don't have access to the database to program them accurately.
You could probably blag it at the scanners at an airport and tell them you have no idea why it wont work but then you'd be under closer scrutiny.

thats what we used to do 10 years ago when working for telepest. boss would say we need so much to hit target, dont care how you get them. so off i went to shithole off cheltenham, get deal, find address from bt book with same surname and first initial, and use as previous addy, off course needed to be from good area. then go home and adapt a gas bill etc. tbh boss never looked at it, we used to pass same paper round room and he never looked at it just aproved it.

was a good 40k ayear job till fraud squad starting visiting, then big bosses starting doing car checks for phone books. also we used to sell the nice little addons in our own time before digital kicked in, baby j, that earned another ?200 a week when selling basic package, and only had to take ?5 deposit from customer.

sales bosses at cable companys were bent as ~~~~.

same should apply to what your after. all is possible, can get mot for ?70, no need to take car.

It isnt for anything that serious tbh its just to open multiple paypal accounts as once you get to ?1900 they sometimes restrict you until you send in photo ID and utility bill the ID doesnt need to be that good tbh my original ID i just photographed my passport it was a bit blurry but still did the job
