    Have you read the FCO site with travel news regarding Egypt..?

    You wouldn't get me going to N Africa for a holiday for a big clock..

      seriously though not to sure about the situation in egypt at the minute i would check it out thouroughly as ops said before if you are planning or already booked up maybe change

      and dont go in the sea i seen a documentary that 99% of people in the sea at sharm el shiek got eaten by sharks

      well that may be a slight exaggeration but there was a few

          My friend have been there. He says it is ok as long you keep listening to your guide. Good fun and not expensive. It was few years ago.

                  just go and enjoy yourself,i been to places around the world that the goverment strongly advise not to go to at any cost and had a great time,you might get knocked down in your own street,,it pishes me off all these scaremiongers,yes admittedly there was trouble in cairo but youre not going there

                    yes but the sharks were in sharm el shiekh hungry little buggers they were too im not scaremongering just telling it like it is you swim in the sharm you die in the shiekh
