    yes i did - several times. i wanted to call the police i was so bloody angry however i couldnt as it was o2's handset and not mine as i hadnt yet received it.i wrote to the manager of the glasgow depot where it was stolen from and he didnt even had the decency to reply. he wouldnt take my calls either - i was passed to the head of security who was all apologies. he admitted he had no idea where the phone was as no one had signed it out as such. stupidly i let it go after receiving a replacement handset. i should have taken it further.

    this was a new handset for my b/f that i had got. mine is up for renewal in a few weeks and i hope to god everything goes ok!!
