              seriously,
              don't let it go...
hound the daily mail and caravan park,
always ask to speak to a manager and ask for the names and employee details of who ever you are dealing with...

tell them you have all ready spent money on transport etc and you cannot cancel.

threaten them with exposing your kids dissapointment by going to the newspapers etc....

evan tell them you will start a facebook page with all the details of their behaviour etc......

you never know, got nothing to loose.....

              ps
i was on one of those holidays last week (daily mail tokens), it was fantastic,
gutted for ya, but dont let it drop......

They only do these so called promotions to boost paper sales and as we all know they spread it over a period of time, they can by paper sales estimate how many people are going to apply, but as usual they don't give a toss, it's all money to them, but you can take it further through people like the ombusman who are independent and will fight for your case, even though they will be some kind of disclaimer in the small print. Don't give up it's all re-claimable even the phone calls, they will try at first try to fob you off but tell them you are seeking legal advice and are reporting them to the ombusman for misconduct, they will offer you something....good luck
