I peddled death for a while, Harold Shipman style so ive got a decidedly warped sense of humour.
I figure you can "give sympathies" whatever the hell this means, i dunno, usualy involves people being dour faced and weepy and "thinking of people" an awful lot.
Or you can say ~~~~ it and have a laugh at just how severely random and twisted life really is.

I follow the latter always.

Zanyest funeral I've ever been to and the only one where there was genuine laughter and clapping.
He was like me, you can shove sympathy right up yer arse, it doesn't do anybody any good, the problem doesn't go away because "your in peoples thoughts" at least if everyone's laughing then lifes not so grim
I guess what I'm getting at is that life on the whole is pretty harsh, if you cant laugh whenever possible then you just wind up depressed and dour faced like the majority.

All I look at is respect for a person that was brutally murdered.

A warped sense of humour in the face of the harsh light of reality can be seen as a good way of looking at life, I respect that also.

But joking about a woman that has been murdered whilst sitting behind a keyboard? I laugh more than most but I know when I shouldn't.
