As usual I've missed a lot during the weekend. Meaty is one sick puppy. But I'd expect nothing less from him.

The rest of the jokes are mere puns along a similar topic. Yes, what happened was tragic & no doubt very upsetting to the family involved.

But there's been many a time when if I didn't laugh, I'd cry. Humour has a way of relieving one's feelings in a far more positive & effective manor than moping around 'grieving'.

Many moons ago two of my cousins were involved in an RTA with a drunk driver. One was killed instantly, the other spent 4 weeks in a coma & many months learning to do the most basic tasks.
The driver had been banned for drink driving prior to causing the crash.

He died in prison from a heart attack shortly after being sent down for a long stretch. That made the rest of the family a lot happier, they had no problem with the scum bag snuffing it. In this case an eye for an eye was the best outcome.
