There's a pack of 7500 eBook's on Usenet (epub format). Formatted for iPad but would work on all e-readers too.

It should also be available on torrents too I'd imagine.

In case you can't find them anywhere, i've uploaded the dir list. Pick a few and I'll upload them for you.
