If you have virgin media telephone at home they are doing deals for mobiles. E.g 50 minutes airtime, 250 text, 500 MB, unlimited calls to other virgin phones and free calls to your mobile from virgin landline. ?12.50 a month with HTC wildfire or ?10 a month if you have unlimited calls on your landline package.

Had the I-phone didnt like it much - its very stylish, but thats it - all fluff and no substance.

Got the HTC Trophy now on Wndows 7 Mobile platform - absolutely shocking. You cant even have your own ring tone. Avoid like the plague.

My wife has a Samsung aGalaxy S 9000- absolutely marvelous phone - p!sses all over the I phone. She got it on an 18 month contract with Orange for ?20 pm, for 250mb Internet, unlimited texts, and 200 minutes per month of calls to any mobile or landline. That deal was from either car phone warehouse or phones 4u.

I have a Galaxy S2. It's surely a smashing phone but my one major gripe is battery life. Some people report fantastic battery life, but mine's isn't so great. It's to be expected to be honest, that such a powerful phone will suck the juice.
