People not taking responsibilty.

Is it just me or are people no longer taking responsibility for their surroundings and getting support from those that should know better.

I've just seen on the news a 10 year old girl giving a tour of her house to the cameras and moaning about mould growing on her curtains, saying that it's realy furry etc. Cue the liberal lefties blaming the government.

What about telling her Mother/Father to put a cap full of bleach in with some water and scrubbing the fnuckers. They moan about the rubbish lying around the estate and blame the council for not clearing it up. How's about not dropping it in the first place.

People are scared of taking responsibilty...
Couple of yrs ago, came home from work, wife told me that our daughter had been playing on the front and a mini bike had nearly knocked her down..she had called the police and was told there was nothing they could do..
Next day, me and wifey doing some weeding out front.. mini bike goes past... 'that was him from yesterday' says the wife... so i wait... and wait.. then finally the little ~~~~er comes round again. i stop him and confiscate his bike.. call the police and told them what i had done...
'Yeah ok, we'll be out on monday ' (this was a saturday)..
Later on.. knock at the door, the police.. thought they was here about my complaint.. Turns out they were there to arrest me for THEFT!
I tol;d them that they couldnt arrest me for theft as I had no intention of permanently depriving the owner of his mini bike, hence my phone call to the police.. they saw sense, but still gave the bike back to the owner instead of taking it off him for driving illegaly on a bike path with it...

I was having this arguement in work last week.

I think it falls down to respect of others.. there is none..

Years ago everyone knew everyone on their street. they'd let on walking by... these days people couldnt give a toss who lives next door.

Me personaly lets on to people on the street regardless if i know them or not.. this is the norm with my area.

But other area's people dont know or respect anyone.. shit on each others doorstep, play loud music till crack of dawn.. dont ~~~~in work..

The reply i got was from a bloke origionaly from barbados.. he said and i quote.. people dont speak english and if they do they dont understand our humour and our way of life..

get on with it.. talk to people, clean up and maybe you just might notice the bloke next door is a pedo..

Or acid in the break pipes.. few weeks later its driver crashes into a scaffold pole at head height. oh how id like to see that happen
