HI, right guys this is what bt is like .
cant wait to end my contract with them .
firstly i dont use dd with them cause they always change payment dates that i dont like .
so they give me a bill say this month which was on the 10 th of june ..had to be paid by the 17 th ..so
yesterday all of a sudden my net goes from 2.5 meg to 128k ..umm
un workable even tryi ng to watch a youtube vid was hard which you would expect ..anyway
i paid with me card ( normally on fri payday) an guess what service back up again within hours to 2.5 meg what a bunch of tossers and overrated ...
sly sly sly ... beware ,,they mess about with your broadband no one else had probs in the area ..they know what they are doing ...
