    Suing David Haye............

..........Following the crock of shit last night would it be possible to sue him. His own admissions state that he was unfit. Therefore in my eyes not giving the best chance to punters who backed him at the bookies, and failure to deliver to the working man who forked out heavily to watch him.
I'm pretty sure that if a racehorse trainer turned out an unfit injured horse all bell would break loose.

The whole match is now fraudulent, surely.
Money was wagered on a fit Haye, and he lied.
    Mick.

      Why am I smoking crack?
The man wad on international TV the day before claiming to be in the best shape of his life. A clear lie. He is a business, not an individual. If you consider ALL the options, the msn duped the liked of you and I. A LIAR.

I bet the French wouldn't put up with this. Neither would the Germans, that's why Klitchsco was honest!!!!!

      Mick.

so you want to sue him.. what for.. so what he had a broken toe.. he's a mug and can't take defeat..

Didi Hamann played the 2nd half of the 2005 champions league final with a broken foot.. Joe Calzaghe went 8 rounds with a broken hand.. They went on to be winners..

David Haye is a mug.. All mouth no action

Come to think of it wetdog may have a case - not that I know anything about the law.

A lot of money changed hands over this fight, millions - maybe even billions gambled on the outcome.

Do we (as the gambler placing our bets) have a right to know that the person we are putting our money on is in tip-top shape or does this info not need to be disclosed?

I'd suspect the latter otherwise Haye would have been forced to make it public knowledge that he was a lame duck.

Shit fight so I didn't hang around to see the aftermatch interviews, was he a bad looser?

Gambling is a risky business? if there was certain on winning bets then they will not call gambling.
              In short it?s all fixed????.
              Proving is another!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

name me one sports man who can genuinely say he's on top 100% form everytime they go out..

Blaming the fact that you were out boxed and out classed in every way on a broken toe is just childish.. Anyone that saw the fight would know even an extra toe on each foot wouldn't have made a difference

Thanks for understanding the basic gist of what I'm trying to say.

The man lied and cheated the betting business. Which I know for a fact is illegal
Unfortunately I do not posses the intelligence or the knowledge to write this down properly

He us z charlotten, and should be pursued for what he owes.
He is not the first nor the last. But we should stand up as a nation and stop being cheated

                        Mick.

i think mate you are being conned by the fact he's using a pissy excuse to cover the fact he's actually shite.. as said earlier broken toe or 6 toes on each foot, it doesn't matter.. he's all mouth and was put in his place..

If you believed all his trash talking shit then I'm afraid you've been done up like a kipper..

Hard cold fact was he wasn't good enough to win and now he's looking for an excuse.. The one he came up with: "My toe hurts" was a beauty..

That's the way I see it.

He was manufactured Hype with mediocre substance. Basically a keyboard warrior who has never proven himself.

He had an easy ride to the top and his ego got beyond him.

Haye acted like a disrespectful, petulant child all through the process; from refusing to shake hands with Klitschko and childishly prolonging his ring entrance to his refusal to graciously accept defeat. A bad workman always blames his toes. ;-)
