Best way to watch premier league?

I am coming to uk for my further studies and I would like to know which is the best method to watch premier league matches other than going to the stadium's?Can i watch them in the pubs?Anyway I have decided to buy a tv for my ps3 but the sky sports packages is too costly for me(arnd 40 pounds),so there is no chance of me taking it..is there any other method to watch matches like using some dream box or cable tv etc??Thanks

Generally all pubs show the sky/espn games. There are a few pubs about that show the 3pm games, especially in Londinium.

Otherwise the interweb is your friend with plenty streaming or sopcasting.
