Sky HD and V+ duo connected to sky dish at same time?

Sky hd used like freesat in one room and v box in another??

10 pounds to sub to sky will allow me to record - would this affect v duo function in bedroom ?

no sly hd will use its own 2 feeds and vu+duo will use up other 2 feeds,trouble is when you want to add another box ,more lnbs needed .
