Guide to enjoying DK ?

I can imagine , a lot of the new visitors to dk could also be new to forums in general . (Myself included , at the the time and , still now). How about an " Idiots guide to enjoying DK" .You guys are the best. I have learned so much from so many people from DK . I am sure , collectively , a guide could easily be compiled and forwarded to a new member ,complimentary , as a welcome token , ensuring greater participation from the member in the forum as a whole .

Seriously just join in when you can and don't be afraid to ask questions. If you think you can help someone out then do so and keep DK what it's always been, a friendly helpful forum after all the forum IS ONLY AS GOOD AS IT'S MEMBERS

Thank you . All I am saying ,if , on registration I received a pm or email explaining general procedure , in a nutshell , I personally would have been more active ,( I am not saying that that would be of any good ) but feel (gosh I ve had a few beers,better go sleep)
Don't always understand Meathead but luckily dumps are universal .

Ecufix ,I think people are either forum stayers or not a lot of people especially in days gone by came and took n ~~~~ed off,some stay and learn to enjoy just like wetdog above.
Yeh in the beginning he may and others like me got shit but if you have a conversation in you,I, them, whoever they will stay and ask the questions they want answers for,and in turn help others and have a laugh every now and again.
I understand your point of view but if people want to stay they will,and receiving instructions etc would suit some but not others however when I first touched a forum I would of loved a light hearted guide if small, straight to the point, and not cumbersome ...which would be hard I expect for the beginner Micky
