We are taking legal action against you

Despite reminders you have still not paid blah blah

A liability order has been granted against you which means a court recognises that you have to pay the ?750.00 that you owe from period blah blah

As we have a liability order, we are now taking legal action against you to recover this debt.
      This could mean:
-bailiffs seizing your property and selling it
-the sale of your home in order to pay the debt
-the removal of your driving licence
-the possibility you will go to prison

The only way you to stop this action is to pay now in full blah blah"

whats the next step guys what do i do
This is a standard terror tactic to get money out of you straight away. I'll get in touch with a friend & see if he can send me the allowances allowed without question for a means form.

If you contact them & state you couldn't possibly pay that amount, they need to send out the means form to asses how much you can pay each month.

Even if it goes to the bailiffs, they are more interested in setting up a payment arrangement than taking your sh!t.

You may also like to know that the CSA have to go to court for a warrant before they can bring bailiffs in. If you have tried to set up a payment arrangement & the CSA refused, go to court when they ask for the warrant. The judge will not issue the warrant & review the proposed arrangement. In most cases the judgement will go in your favor.

You have to make a decision from day 1??????.

If you own a house sell it???..

Get a car on loan so Bailiffs will not take it away????.

All your belongings should not worth much, such as Black white TV, ETC.

If you are working tell the CSA you are paying the fat cat loan company ?800 a month it?s easy to negotiate with the fat cats.

Move to different town after 3 years!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

            THE END??..

Tools owned: Hammer, Chisel, Crowbar, Punch, Chainsaw, Cutter and Brain!!!

Did you know People will question all the good things they hear about you but believe all the bad without a second thought.

Those fat cats don?t give a dam???.

As long as you pay then a bit extra every month they will write any proof of loans to your satisfaction.

My friend once got a loan of ?1200, and told them to write the loan amounting to ?7000

He told them his weekly payments was ?465.00.

                They did not bother him??????

Every company & government body seem to have their own names for this.

A means form is a statement you produce showning all your income & outgoings. This is used work out how much you should be paying towards an overdue debt.

Now the details I've requested from a friend don't relate specifically to the CSA, but it will give you an idea as to what you could get away with.

It's not widely known, but there are levels of expenditure that are not questioned on these forms. An example of this would be your travel expenses. You might only spend ?30 per week of petrol/diesel. But you could put down ?80 per week...this would not be questioned as it is below the accepted level.

Most of the companies out there that work in the debt management industry use this all the time. The try to make sure a client fits a profile that they can help. By manipulating the expenditure figures they can make someone look poorer than they really are.

If you make it look like you have no spare money after expenses, you will be able to set up a lower payment arrangement. It's just making sure you stay below the accepted levels that's the hard part.

They will not go to court over ?750 .they are trying to scare you, You took on another mans kids, They owe you money.Ignore it ,they will get sick of sending letters and give up.

I'm sure you have to be represented in court for them to get a liability order granted against you,So I think they are trying it on.Mate you took on 3 kids ,when there own father couldn,t give a fig ,you have saved them thousands ,this is you're defence if it comes to court, tell them you want re-imbursed for that, to the sum of say 10,000 then they will owe you money.
