Nothing really, I just thought I was drinking too much too often.

Doing this as a test of my will power more than anything, I'm not going completely Tee-Total, I'm just cutting back and wanted to use christmas and New Year as a test, if I can survive this I can survive anything

I would normally drink every second night and end up pished, after a recent incident on another forum I gave myself a reality check and didn't like what I saw.

I'm better off without it.

Oh Wow u have done really well...didnt realise! just thought u were a miserable mo fo with no babysitter like me! To be honest i rarely drink anyway so its no big deal to me but if you really are giving up drink cus its a habbit then WELL DONE TO YOU AND BEST OF LUCK - IT CAN ONLY GET EASIER X

Yes me , couple of reason as i had to work today from 5am till 4pm and secondly i was asked by me doctor to stay off alchohol for 6 months due to a problem with my heart (beta blocker addict now) its now been 7 months and i have to wait another 2 because no appointments available till march (good old NHS)

have to admit i tried a can boxing day first beer since May 2 mouthfuls and threw it away it tasted foul
