Facebook YouTube and videos

WTF really getting on my nerves,I have an iPhone ,when searching YouTube etc and finding a video I click share and it goes to email !, or if I copy the link and go to Facebook and paste it's just a words link.
Now what I want is when it shows a thumbnail(picture) of the video, this is really grinding my gears!!!!
So much so that I kept deleting them and ended up deleting a post I didnt want to in haste arghhh. Help pls thanks Micky

Mmm yeh but I mean when I put on Facebook I want it to show the thumbnail of the bid not just link,

That would be a problem with facebook then- look at what happens on here when we paste a link to youtube we get a small preview box- Perhaps facebook could take some advice from good old dk.
