    We are hear to help??

Do not worry because if you just want to sell the car you can sell and send the V5 the registration certificate signed by the buyer and the seller to DVLA.

Remember you can not park the car on the public road if car has no Insurance and Road Tax!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If the car has no tax and Insurance I would recommend you sell it in action.

Tools owned: Hammer, Chisel, Crowbar, Punch, Chainsaw, Cutter and Brain!!!

Did you know People will question all the good things they hear about you but believe all the bad without a second thought.

had same situation, my dad died (he is still dead), just put my name on log book (same address) - my signature only, posted off no problem

Had a car before, log book in somebody elses name, 3 times removed, my siggy posted no prob.

If in doubt give your sister copy of death certicicate, and make sure he is still dead*

*Mummy phoned NTL about something and they insisted they spoke to Daddy, who was still dead at that time, hoping my daddy comes back to life one day
