    SORRY ABOUT CAPS, CANT READ OR WRITE, DXLEXIA OR HOWEVER YOU SPELL IT.

    ALL LETTERS, AND WHITE BACKGROUNDS, MAKE MY LETTERS MENTALLY "MARCH OFF THE PAGE TO THE RIGHT" ...mad...but true.

    NOW BACK TO THESE NTL "SCUM" THEIR OPERATER SAID, AN ENGINEER !!!MAY!!! CALL ON THE 5TH OF JANUARY 09 !

    BY THAT TIME MY 5 AND 9 YEAR OLD WILL HAVE EITHER COMMITED BORDOM SUISIDE FROM THEIR BUNK BEDS OR LEFT HOME TO GET MARRIED AND GET 'Sky' INSTALLED IN THEIR NEW HOMES.

    SO ANY GOOD NEWS ON "THE PACE BOX"... ?

    BUT PROBS THE BEST WAY IS TO LET THESE HIENOUS RATS DEFEND IN COURT.

      Take the box to someone elses house and connect it up to see if the box is faulty or if its your feed.

      Power the box off, remove the card, power it on and see what it says. If it asks you to insert the card, insert the card. If it doesn't and just looks at you, power it off, put the card in, power it on.

        : Just ring VM , terminate your contract and tell them your going over to Sky for your services Mate.
        It worked for me , i told them the service was rubbish for what i was paying (?70PM) and they said they'd sort it and offer me the same package i had for ?55PM and they did exactly that !

          i agree mate if they shaft all our boxes i will be calling vermin and doing the same thing.
