black pudding is awesome cold or cooked with tomato sauce on a crispy roll

Just cut out the work, feed an animal some rice, grab the animal by the neck and suck it's blood. It's still warm at that point so no need to reheat

Just bought 4 big slices from the butchers today, I wanted some white pudding also but they don't do it, so I got 6 Cumberland sausages instead

Tomorrows lunch will be.....BP , 2 sausages, 2 potatoe waffles, 2 poached eggs and toast, might try and fit a couple of plum toms on there anarl.

Nah Garry, its pretty much the same as black pudding just without the blood, im sure its mainly oatmeal and bits of pork, just no blood.

I read that white pudding used to contain a high quantity of the pigs brain, but they stopped using that ingrediant completely a while ago.

Cumberland sausage i love em but hard to get in scotland unless prepacked sh*t from supermarkets.
