Yup I can read it and a Greek person standing next to me would understand what I was saying but I would have no idea.

Understanding words is not related to the ability to read them.

This is a letter outlining a decision from the immigration office in Greece to say that KA Khantouche, son of Aissa is permitted an extension to his visa for residency in Greece for a further 3.5 years from 26/10/2009 until 10/02/2013

you should remove the attachment in your first post, it has his name and passport number on it.(before half of Algeria arrives in Greece using his name)

whoever is refered to in the letter can stay working in Greece until 10/02/2013
