its happened to me mate ive got one on there that wont connect must be the vid you could convert it to a different format that might work

ah that might explain it if you recieved the vid in a e-mail, ive had probs sending vid via e-mail the recipient couldnt open it.ive not had probs with mpeg4 tho.

ive found- any video convertor brill for sorting vids its free just load vid and convert say your file is flv select the output as flv as well it seems to correct a probs to try it its free.
