It's covered under European selling laws and you have a certain number of days to tell them you don't want it and they are responsible for picking it up.

Oh well in that case, having no intrest in objects that make baby vomit, or baby poo, is it possable to go to the hardware store and get
two 'long coach bolts' to make it, so you can lift it 4 inches, then open it?

its pressure fitted into the door frame just now and we're just stepping over it for now.

I thought the parts needed looked like pretty standard parts for making a door/something lift up and open. But what do I know about things like that... :/

my dealings with companies abroad are quite good have to say most or all of them can speak english and they are very nice ,i found if you talk to them the same way you would anyone else which in my case is calmly they respond you never know you mite get a wee surprise and you mite get them as a sorry
