David croft the writer behind legedary television sit coms such as are you being served dads army it aint half hot and hi de hi to mention a few has sadly passed away. Although we all remember his sits coms and still laugh at them today none of us really knew of the great comedy writer behind these tv greats. Personally i think he was a genuis and hi de hi remains my favourite tv sit com of all time. R.I.P david croft.
