last time I was in a tesco I had the store detective following me around for half an hour
You know how you check your pockets for phone , wallet etc
he must have thought I had shoplifted something
eventually I got sick fed up of this
what a laugh when I went to customer services and complained about intimidation,harrassment and embarrassment.
oh how they back pedalled
I was assured that it wouldn't happen again
asked to see a manager
surprise , surprise, there were none available to attend to me.
unfortunately I had one of my kids to pick up soon or I would have made a real scene
Tesco got off lucky
but the next time I'm in , if the store detective as much as looks at me , straight to customer services again to really kick off.
btw I am middle aged and a scout leader so really not liable to shoplift
