    what boxes work with saorview

    as anyone from ireland knows they charge a fortune for saorview boxes in ireland
    i was wondering if this one works with saorview in ireland

      SAORVIEW digital terresterial television : SonyI'm assuming that LOGO is the brand name and there is no match for it in googling.
      Saw a tv. today with saorview built in.Along with youtube etc. on it-it cost over 500 euro though.

                  Really,how many people in Ireland are there that don't have either Sky or UPC ?

                  I can't get my head around this Saorview bollox !!

                  As for the numpties doing the door to door sales thing,they deserve to be shot with the balls of their own sh**e !!!!

                      why i have all three ,i bought a triax combo hd that gives me the hd channels like itv1 hd.bbc hd,bbc1hd and ch4hd from sat and on the dtt side i get rte2hd the first irish channel on hd,its the extra that other mpeg 4 boxes may not have is mheg5

                      the best thing is you buy the box connect a sat dish or/and aerial and away you go better picture quality and sound and its all free no subs to pay,shortly the analogue system will be turned off and you have to update or face blank screens.upc or sky you still pay.
