How to post a large .pdf ?

Hi , I am trying to post this pdf doc which is larger than the prescribed size limit , even compressed its too large , not by much , but wont let me upload ?

I tried that before I posted the query (most probably did not clear the pdf version first before trying to upload the rar version ) Confused ? Ps please move this to the garage section for me .Thanks for helping .Regards

You could split it and post it in two parts

If you use the WinRar wizard to create the archive then one of the options will ask you if you wish to split the archive to several parts. Simply enter the part size (in bytes) you require in the box. You will then get a set of files of the correct size produced in your target directory.
